Circuit
Circuit training is the fastest way to achieve maximum results from your workout. Classes are led by qualified and highly motivated personal trainers who manage each program. Circuit combines strength and cardio training to give you a total body workout in a small group-fitness environment. Numbers are limited, so bookings are recommended.

 

 

Yoga
This 1.5 hr Hatha-style class incorporates a series of poses (asanas) focusing on stability, posture and flexibility, finishing with breathing technique (pranayama) and relaxation (yoga Nidra). The practice of Yoga can develop clarity of mind, emotional stability and a strong, flexible body.

Pilates
This mat class focuses on integrating the mind and body by using deliberate breathing patterns and controlled exercises to increase muscle awareness, control and balance.

Pilates Intro- A block course of 4, 1 hour sessions focusing on basic Pilates principles including postures and breathing methods to build understanding and confidence with the Pilates programme. Bookings are essential as numbers are restricted. 

Body Pump The ultimate  body toning group fitness class from Les Mills. Body Pump is the fastest way to burn fat, while toning and conditioning muscles. 

Led by awesome Les Mills master trainer-Emma barry-on Saturday's at 9.00am. 

 

Body Balance A unique blend of Yoga, Pilates and Tai Chi set to contmporary, uplifting music. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of postural moves create a workout that brings the body into a state of harmony. The best programme from Les Mills to provide recovery to the body.

Led by awesome les Mills master trainer-Emma Barry-Saturday's at 10.15am.

 

 

 

Mum's and Bub's Pilates- Gentle, safe and fun exercises for mum's and their babies. Designed especially for post-partum mum's, this programme provides strengthening and toming of the entire body including abdominals and pelvic floor.

 

Dance
An adult dance class designed to teach anyone wishing to experience the magic of Ballet and Contemporary dance. Taught by a highly trained Ballet instructor, this class incorporates stretching and dance routines with emphasis on posture and technique. Beginners welcome. 

Total Body Conditioning. A dynamic group fitness class combining Step, Pump and Core-body work. This cardio blast targets abs, butt's and thighs.

Personal Training Our highly qualified Personal trainers offer tailor-made programmes for anything from sport-specific training, rehabilitation work to total body conditioning.

Twinkle Toes-a magical pre-school dance class for 3-5 yr-old's. This class focuses on body awareness, simple dance technique and improvisation to music. Term time only and bookings are essential.
