The Matakana Country Park

Animal Experience

The Animal Experience is free to enter and can be accessed behind Bramble Cafe and The Woolshed. Say hello to all our furry friends and for some extra special attention, pick up a $3 bag of feed from the Craft Shop or Mini Train. 

Donations are also encouraged via the donation box at the playground entrance to keep our animals happy and healthy!

Adventure Playground

The Adventure Playground is free to enter but donations for upkeep are encouraged via the box at the playground entrance.

Let the kids imagination run wild with the range of themed playgrounds including a fire truck and boat!
